General
Cookit (the "Company") is a United States company. Orders are shipped directly from international warehouses outside the destination country. The purchase contract is concluded outside the destination country, and orders are cross-border export sales: title to the products passes to the customer when the products are handed to the carrier at the warehouse of origin, and the products are then transported at the customer's request to the delivery address selected at checkout. The customer acts as the importer of record, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1โ3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery typically takes 5โ30 business days, depending on the destination, the product and the carrier. During peak periods (holidays, promotions) delivery may take longer. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free-shipping promotions may be offered from time to time; promotion terms will be published on the Site.

Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, import taxes, VAT, levies or clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the customer's sole responsibility. The Company has no control over customs processing and is not responsible for delays, holds, refusals or confiscations by customs or other authorities.

Delivery Address; Pickup Points; Unclaimed Parcels
Orders are delivered to the address entered by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Depending on the destination, delivery may be made to a local pickup point or postal facility, in which case the parcel is deemed delivered when made available for collection. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period are returned; re-shipment and handling costs may be charged to the customer.

Inspection upon Receipt
Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with items missing, document the condition with photos and contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If loss is confirmed, we will offer a replacement shipment at no additional cost or a refund.

Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, war, strikes, carrier disruptions and customs delays.

Changes and Cancellation before Dispatch
To change your shipping address or cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or stopped, and any request will be handled under our Refund Policy.
